I have heard a lot of my female friends talk about the men they are seeing...and how they are dissatisfied with them for one reason or another. Personally, I love women, and as far as I'm concerned when it comes to important things in life they rank right up there with oxygen, but sometimes my ladyfriends are more careful about the clothes they buy than the men they connect with.

As shoppers, they know that you can't just pick up the first package of beef you see in the freezer...you've got to check the other packages, because one package could be a better grade of meat than the others, and some packages may end up costing a bit more in the end. They might not even be shopping in the right places. Also, just because the outer layer of beef looks good, it doesn't mean that there isn't some tough old gristle (or worse) underneath.

Men have the same problem when it comes to selecting women. Some of us want a "trophy" to be seen with. I have enough trophies from bowling! I want a woman who can appreciate a man who will do whatever he can to make her happy, and who isn't constantly comparing him to others. I want a woman who will make me glad to be home after work, not one who makes me wish I had requested OT. But if this is what men want, we must be patient, and not pounce on everything in tight skirts. Believe me, it will be worth the wait!
